Everyday being a wife allows me to be able to find more cooking ideas. Although basically I prefer Batak food. The initial plan for the dish I wanted to cook was Manuk Napinadar, but it didn’t work because I couldn’t find live free-range chicken while shopping from Pasar Senen, it had to be ordered first. So, a simple soy sauce pork recipe came up. As long as you go to Pasar Senen, so buy b2 meat as well

Oh yeah, after the renovation, Pasar Senen is tidier and cleaner. This is specifically for traditional markets. So for mothers, they can shop comfortably there.

Materials :
3 cloves of garlic
6 spring onions
1/4 teaspoon pepper
A little nutmeg
Salt to taste
Soy sauce
Finely slice the onion
2 deaf flower petals (flower lawang)
1 cinnamon
500 ml of water
500gr of pork
5 bay leaves or lime leaves
How to cook :
1. Blend the shallots and garlic. Can be sliced too. Then saute with a little cooking oil that has been heated first.
2. Add with anise, pepper and nutmeg and bay leaves

3. Add the sliced onions. Saute until fragrant.

4. Then add the pork and stir well with the sauteed spices.
5. Add 500 ml of water and add soy sauce. Sweet soy sauce is poured until brownish and poured together when adding water. So that the soy sauce immediately seeps into the meat. Not after the meat is almost done. Stir well and wait for it to boil.

6. Wait until the pork is cooked, add a little salt to taste.

7. Wait until the pork is cooked, add a little salt to taste.

Really easy right? Along with National Food Day, happy cooking, young wives, or maybe girls who are learning to cook, add sinamot. hahaha * kidding. Save and healthy, yess. :)
