Bahan Aromatic :
5 lbr daun salam
5 bh asam kandis
5 lbr daun jeruk (remas2)
2 lbr daun kunyit (simpulkan)
2 btg serai (geprek dan simpulkan)

2 btg kayu manis (tambahan sy)
3 bh kembang lawang (tambahan sy)
3 btr asam kandis (sy skip)
1/2 sdm garam
2 iris gula merah
1/2 sdm kaldu daging bubuk

Bumbu halus :
200 gr cabe merah kriting
250 gr bamer
10 siung baput
3 btr kemiri sangrai
1 ruas kunyit
1 ruas jahe
1 ruas langkuas
1 sdt merica
4 sdm ketumbar
1 sdt jinten
1/2 sdt pala bubuk
1 sdt adas

Langkah
Masukkan santan ke dalam wajan, tambahkan sereh, daun kunyit, daun salam dan bumbu aromatic lainnya, tunggu sampai santan mendidih sambil diaduk2. Lalu masukan bumbu halus sampai santai memgeluarkan minyak

Masukkan daging, aduk2 hingga mendidih, kecilkan api. Beri garam, gula secukupnya.
